This position is for skilled computer scientist (M.Sc, or multiple years of post-graduate experience), to work in a systems neuroscience research laboratory on the development of computational pipelines for the processing and analysis of neural and behavioral data.

Responsibilities
Major responsibilities will include building custom workflows that integrate code from publicly available repositories, and the development of custom code base for the analysis of specific experiments. Major libraries that will be used include CaImAn, CNMFE, CaliAli, SLEAP, and Keypoint MoSeq. The position responsibilities will also include preprocessing of neural and behavioral data, and generation of analysis of figures for research projects ongoing in the lab.
This position is temporary (~12 months, though specific end date is subject to change), and is a non-benefited position.
Minimum Qualifications Preferences
M.Sc, or multiple years of post-graduate experience
