Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Clerk for a 2–3 month contract engagement. This role is ideal for candidates with strong alphanumeric data entry skills and the ability to work efficiently with high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter high-volume alphanumeric data into internal systems
  • Extract and review data from accounting systems and source documents
  • Read and interpret PDF documents and transcribe data into designated formats
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data through quality checks
  • Maintain organized records and follow established data entry procedures
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry with strong accuracy and speed
  • Ability to work with both alphabetic and numeric data sets
  • Comfortable navigating accounting systems and digital tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
