About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role with a focus on strategic support, project management, and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the CEO's operational effectiveness, leading the design and execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring the translation of the CEO's vision into action. This includes developing high-quality briefing documents, and agendas, and representing the CEO in various settings. The role demands a professional with extensive experience in engineering and law, or similar disciplines, who can apply analytical rigor to solve complex problems and is familiar with the Web3 ecosystem, including AI and crypto/programmable economies. Key competencies for the role include a strategic mindset, the ability to operate with integrity and discretion, and a proven track record of supporting C-level executives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in operational and financial oversight, executive team coordination, and stakeholder management, including crisis communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees in engineering, law, or business highly preferred, and at least 8-10 years' experience in a high-performance environment. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is deeply aligned with the mission and values of the CEO and the company.
