RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AWS Data Engineer for a contract position. The role involves utilizing AWS services and data engineering skills to manage and process data effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (e.g. S3, Glue, Macie)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Terraform, Scala or Java for data processing
• Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g. AWS Glue, Apache Spark)
• Familiarity with data modeling, schema design and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control systems
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
