BA/BS in CS, MIS or equivalent experience 

Minimum of five years' experience supporting the following is preferred: 

- Server OS: Microsoft Windows 2000 / 2003R2 / 2008R2 Active Directory and 2012R2 

- Messaging: Exchange 2010, BES, and ProofPoint 

- Desktop OS: Windows XP and Windows 7 

- Backup: Symantec Backup Exec 11 or higher; EMC Avamar 

- Anti-Virus: Symantec Endpoint Anti-Virus 11 or higher 

- Deployment tools: SCCM 

Minimum of four years' experience installing, configuring, administration and managing 

- Storage: EMC (Unisphere, Centera, Celerra, VNX, and Data Domain) and Sun StorageTek SAN 

- Virtualization: VMWare ESX 

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting server hardware (Dell and HP preferred) 

Microsoft/VMware certifications preferred 

A Highly self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

Ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing and delivering results on time. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Must be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 

Must have strong analytical skills 

Must be able and willing to take on leadership role 

Ability to think strategically with technical vision 

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
