  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
What We're Looking For
  • You enjoy solving technical problems and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
  • You provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences for end users.
  • You communicate technical information clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • You take ownership of issues and follow through until they are resolved.
  • You pay close attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
  • You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You take pride in delivering reliable technology and polished meeting experiences.
What You'll Bring
Required
  • Two or more years of experience supporting professional audio/video systems in corporate, conference, theater, broadcast, production, or similar environments.

  • Understanding of video formats, display technologies, resolutions, and media distribution systems.
  • Working knowledge of digital and analog audio systems.
  • Familiarity with AV control protocols including RS-232, Telnet, IR, IP, and contact closures.
  • Experience supporting conferencing platforms, streaming technologies, and media codecs.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
