About the Ride Mechanic:
A Ride Mechanic I performs routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on rides and attractions to ensure safe, reliable operation. This entry-level role involves hands-on troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor facility repairs while supporting the maintenance team to help create a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
What You'll Do- Keep Rides Running: Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on rides to ensure safe operation.
- Fix the Basics: Assist with simple mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
- Stay Alert: Conduct routine inspections and report any safety concerns to Maintenance Leads.
- Help Out Around the Park: Clean, sand, paint, and make minor repairs to rides and facilities.
- Document Your Work: Keep accurate logs of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Eager to Learn: Willing to build your skills and knowledge in ride maintenance and safety.
- Team Player: Ready to work closely with others and take guidance from experienced mechanics.
