Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, customer obsessed EA to support the leader of Amazon Ads Business Development (Ads BD). You will act as partner to a small and senior team developing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive innovation, revenue growth, and long-term collaboration within the advertising industry.
You will function as a key contributor within an often fast paced and deal-driven team, interacting frequently with internal and external EAs and senior executives.

A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to turn on a dime, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results without knowing the whole picture. You will juggle competing priorities with excellent judgment, flexibility, and a positive team and service-oriented attitude. Impeccable attention to detail is required.

Clear written and verbal communication is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international
- Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners
About the team
Amazon Ads is one of the fastest-growing businesses at Amazon, helping brands of all sizes connect with hundreds of millions of customers across Amazon's properties and beyond. Within Amazon Ads, the Strategic Business Development (SBD) & Partnerships team is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships with some of the world's most influential technology and media companies

We lead executive relationships and new business initiatives with strategic named partners, working cross-functionally across Amazon to unlock mutually beneficial growth opportunities. Our team operates with a startup mentality inside a global organization-moving fast, thinking big, and building from scratch when needed. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role embedded in a small, fast-moving team where your work will directly shape the team's goals.

Amazon.com, Inc., commonly known as Amazon, is an American multinational technology company. It was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 and initially started as an online marketplace for books.
