Our client is a business consulting service firm. They seek an Administrative Assistant to join their Bronx, NY office. MUST BE A COLLEGE GRAD!

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily orientation and intake sessions with incoming clients referred by the Human Resources Administration (HRA)
• Present on program requirements and expectations
• Administer TABE testing
• Ensure completion of timely case notes to record service delivery, including assessments, intakes, goals, referrals, etc.
• Complete timekeeping responsibilities
• Scan and upload client documentation
• Participate in daily meetings/check-ins with program management team
• Provide administrative support to other departments or members of management, including but not limited to data entry and case management tasks
• Maintain detailed case notes, update attendance logs, submit weekly reports, and perform other administrative tasks on a timely basis
• Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivate a safe environment for career development, and motivate clients to find full-time employment

Requirements

• Must have a college degree
• Word and Excel experience required
