Play a key part in helping churches create the right space by designing and building purposeful spaces that play a direct role in discipleship!

Our interior designers are involved in projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

Success in this role depends not only on proactive coordination and creative translation, but also on strong teamwork and clear communication. It involves bringing a design vision to life while maintaining highly organized drawings and material palettes, ensuring the concept is accurately executed in the field.

·     Researching FF&E: Finding furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) options that fit the project's aesthetic, budget, and commercial grade requirements.

·     2D and 3D Model Creation: Producing precise 2D drawings and 3D modeling/rendering using primarily Revit and Enscape, as well as Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite.

·     Finish Schedules: Creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets that track every single paint color, tile, hardware piece, and floor finish assigned to every room.

·     FF&E Specification Packages/Pricing: Writing the technical spec sheets for furniture procurement, tracking lead times, and organizing quotes from vendors to assist with confirming project budgets.

·     Site & Client Support: Attend client meetings and make site visits. Will often require presenting to the client, taking detailed meeting minutes, verifying field measurements, and drafting site observation reports.
