We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Fusion Team Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This role requires an understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional vision and influence skills, and a passion for unlocking business potential through technology solutions. This role is an individual contributor and critical member of the HR Agile Fusion team responsible for delivering high-impact digital products that transform our HR technology landscape and support enterprise growth priorities.

This role is offers a 100% remote work schedule arrangement for those living 50 miles away from our Home Office location in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the HR digital product vision and strategy. Apply a proven track record in strategic vision to ensure alignment with company goals, human capital strategies, and market demand across all layers of the organization.
  • Technology Roadmaps: Lead the effort in building technological roadmaps for our HR ecosystem. Map out short- and long-term product evolution, ensuring technical capabilities scale with our strategic HR initiatives.
  • Agile Leadership: Champion Agile project management processes across the organization. Guide cross-functional fusion teams to strictly adhere to Agile principles and practices to ensure efficient, iterative delivery. This role will perform some project management responsibilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define a product vision that aligns with business strategy. Demonstrate proven collaboration and influence with senior leaders to secure buy-in, align resources, and drive adoption.
  • Product Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure that the team is focused on delivering the most valuable HR tech features.
  • User Stories and Requirements: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and define detailed user stories and requirements, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and conduct data-driven analysis to inform future iterations and improvements to the employee digital experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment between HR business partners and HR Agile Fusion team members, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in HR tech.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience & Methodology: 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with deep expertise executing Agile project management.
  • HR Domain Knowledge: Deep experience supporting enterprise HR platforms, ideally including Workday and/or core HR Information Systems (HRIS). Strong understanding of the Human Resources capability area.
  • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated proven track record in strategic vision and a history of successfully building technology roadmaps that drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven leadership experience, specifically highlighting proven collaboration and influence with senior leaders and the ability to influence multiple levels of the organization without direct authority.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development processes, system integrations, and HR technologies.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the external market including best practices, HR technologies, and trends occurring in the marketplace. Ability to navigate the external market and bring the outside into the organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse HR and executive audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Customer Focus: Customer Centric, so both understanding and corresponding action are balanced for success.
  • Certification: Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is a plus.
