• Provide individualized assessments and therapeutic interventions that address the unique needs of clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional resilience and psychological well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress through detailed progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to established ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
• Actively participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss case reviews, share best practices, and contribute to team-driven initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Be flexible and willing to perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the clinic and its clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will help empower clients to develop coping skills, achieve personal growth, and foster healthier relationships. By addressing the holistic needs of each individual, you play a crucial role in improving their quality of life and contributing to positive outcomes within the community.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively complete progress notes and treatment documentation promptly and accurately following client sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling a productive therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborative engagement with team members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

• Previous experience working in a community health or clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is a plus.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of culturally competent practices to better serve a diverse client population.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
