In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Engineer to join our project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction operations with a strong focus on safety, organization, and effective site management in the U.S. Construction field. This role involves direct supervision of construction activities, workforce coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees overall site management to maintain a clean and safe construction environment.
  • Conduct site organization and housekeeping to ensure each facility and work section remains in proper condition.
  • Perform dewatering operations and maintenance to prevent facility flooding during rainy weather.
  • Prepare and review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on construction sites.
  • Provide comprehensive on-site support for effective project execution and construction management.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, safety standards, and local/federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth construction progress and issue resolution.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in building construction engineering or similar roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and construction practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills


Preferred

  • Experience as a site foreman or field supervisor in the construction field
  • Experience working on large-scale building or plant construction projects
  • Engineering license or working towards license is preferred
