Essential Duties:

  • Setup new account numbers, create account documents, issue/share all documents with appropriate Operation Teams and Engineering
  • Track and publish billing change information
  • Prepare all customer versions of addendums and track disposition. Notify Engineers, in a timely fashion, to process signed addendums
  • Maintain Account Document Changes
  • Create new accounts in Payroll System
  • Execute closed account procedures for notification of appropriate departments
  • Process various Operations Forms. Requirements vary based on form submitted
  • Update contract documents
  • Maintain all documents shared with Operations which may include Staffing Sheets, Contracts, SOW, etc
  • Monitor Team mailbox for issues/requests and notify appropriate Engineer
  • Maintain/update various Engineering reports
  • Assist in design of various Operational reports
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3 years previous administrative experience.
  • Microsoft Office-EXPERT skill level required with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe documents.
  • Ability to design presentations that are creative and focused on specific agenda or criteria.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
  • Professional, confident, and patient personality
  • Detailed and time oriented. Organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and independently
  • Maintain positive attitude when direction or priority changes
