ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors. We are currently seeking skilled Equipment Operators to support our crews on various critical infrastructure projects. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and other machinery, as directed by foremen and supervisors.
  • Perform tasks such as excavation, backfilling, and other duties related to pipeline construction.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment, following all safety standards and company procedures.
  • Assist in daily job site operations, including loading and transporting materials.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and report any issues immediately.
  • Travel to various job sites as needed to support project requirements.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and pass required preemployment drug screening.
  • Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or a related field.
  • Knowledge of pipeline construction procedures, especially regarding excavation and backfill operations.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Operator Qualification (OQ) experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel for projects and work in various weather conditions.
