Job description

Groupe Desrochers Montpetit est à la recherche d’un(e) estimateur(trice) en excavation rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour se joindre à son équipe. La personne sélectionnée jouera un rôle central dans l’évaluation, la préparation et le suivi de nos projets résidentiels et commerciaux.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN

  • Réaliser les estimations et soumissions pour des projets d’excavation résidentiels et commerciaux
  • Effectuer les calculs des quantités de matériaux granulaires et du matériel requis
  • Préparer les projets (plans à jour, suivi d’implantation, vérification des contrats signés, etc.)
  • Participer aux rencontres avec les clients en phase de préprojet
  • Confirmer les sources d’approvisionnement en matériaux granulaires avant le début des travaux
  • Effectuer la commande du matériel nécessaire (drains, membranes, bassins, tuyaux, etc.)
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes de changements aux plans avec les ingénieurs
  • Coordonner les ajustements avec les fournisseurs lors de modifications
  • Maintenir une coordination constante avec les ingénieurs et les équipes de chantier
  • Effectuer les suivis avec la comptabilité pour les heures travaillées et le matériel facturable
  • Collaborer avec le chargé de projet pour la gestion des chantiers, au besoin
  • Assurer le suivi avec les contremaîtres concernant les changements et les aspects techniques des travaux

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES

  • Expérience en estimation (idéalement en excavation ou génie civil)
  • Bonne capacité à lire et interpréter les plans et devis
  • Connaissance des matériaux et méthodes d’excavation
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels d’estimation)
  • Excellente organisation, autonomie et souci du détail
  • Bonne communication et capacité de coordination
  • Formation en génie civil ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience en gestion ou coordination de chantier
  • Connaissance des normes et pratiques du secteur
