About the Role:As an Electrical Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. You will also support and train apprentices, manage materials, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while working on a variety of electrical projects.
What Youll Do:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Interpret blueprints and plans to determine job requirements.
  • Install, repair, and maintain wiring, fixtures, control equipment, and circuit breakers.
  • Connect electrical systems to power sources and verify proper operation.
  • Inspect systems and perform tests to identify issues and necessary repairs.
  • Prepare accurate bids and estimates for projects.
  • Order materials and ensure timely availability.
  • Lead and support your team with a positive attitude and clear communication.
  • Maintain professional interactions with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and business operations as required.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, consistently leading by example.
What Were Looking For:
  • Previous experience as an electrician is preferred, especially in leadership or foreman roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety codes
  • Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools confidently
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and climb ladders as needed.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
