Position Summary

As a Wax Service Associate at European Wax Center, your mission is to champion our brand through a professional demeanor, aligning with our core values. Your role focuses on educating guests about the benefits of regular waxing and providing high-quality waxing services. Licensed in skin care, you also offer guidance on our exclusive product range, aiming to enhance our guests' skin care routines. Working alongside individuals who are equally passionate about revealing beautiful skin, you will play a crucial role in our guests' journey towards feeling radiant and confident. This position entails retail product sales as a significant aspect.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional waxing services with a positive attitude.

• Educate guests on the \4 Step to Gorgeous Process\ and exclusive product line.

• Highlight the advantages of regular waxing and Wax Pass savings.

• Inform guests of ongoing promotions.

• Build and maintain professional guest relationships.

• Ensure the cleanliness of the wax suite.

• Drive retention through pre-booking and guest referrals.

• Achieve and surpass individual and center goals.

• Adhere to schedules set by management and fulfill availability commitments.

• Manage schedule changes proactively to ensure guest appointments are unaffected.

• Follow all company policies and maintain workplace cleanliness.

• Participate in marketing events and training sessions as required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License as per state/local law.

• Eager to learn new waxing techniques and perform a comprehensive range of waxing services.

• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including weekends.

• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Open to giving and receiving feedback.

• Capable of working independently.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands and Environmental Factors
