???? Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, the Floor Tech / EVS Technician is responsible for maintaining floors throughout the facility and assisting with general housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.

???? What You'll Do
  1. Dust and wet mop floors in hallways, entryways, and common areas
  2. Strip, wax, and buff floors according to cleaning schedules
  3. Operate and maintain floor care equipment properly
  4. Inspect equipment for proper functioning and report any issues
  5. Clean equipment after each use
  6. Assist with cleaning resident rooms and assigned areas as needed
  7. Follow all infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures

  1. Experience in floor care, housekeeping, or environmental services (EVS) preferred
  2. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  3. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  4. Positive attitude with patience and reliability
