Position Summary

The EVS (Housekeeping) Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This position performs daily cleaning and sanitation duties in public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house locations while ensuring all areas meet WarHorse Gaming's high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As an EVS Attendant, you will:

  • Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
  • Clean and maintain assigned public areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other designated spaces.
  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, polish, and sanitize assigned areas.
  • Clean and stock restrooms throughout each shift.
  • Promptly clean spills and other hazards to ensure guest and team member safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness in administrative offices, conference rooms, and back-of-house areas.
  • Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom amenities.
  • Maintain five-star cleanliness standards throughout the property.
  • Properly collect, document, and deliver lost and found items.
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to company procedures.
  • Keep custodial closets, storage rooms, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental procedures.
  • Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping or Environmental Services experience in a casino, hotel, or resort environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and proper safety procedures.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Work safely around cleaning chemicals and sanitation products.
