Position Overview

Interventional Pain & Spine Therapy is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our outpatient office located in Lanark Village, Florida. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in restoring patients' movement, improving their physical capabilities, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine their therapy needs, ensuring all evaluations are thorough and comprehensive.
  • Develop and implement detailed, personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s specific goals, needs, and functional capabilities.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and rehabilitation.
  • Track and document patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient feedback and progress towards goals.
  • Educate patients on their conditions, rehabilitation strategies, and preventative measures to empower them in their recovery journey.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating environment, encouraging patients to engage actively in their therapy to maximize outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will predominantly work with patients suffering from a range of orthopedic injuries and conditions, including but not limited to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and degenerative joint diseases. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your expertise will be instrumental in designing targeted rehabilitation programs that prioritize their mobility and pain management needs.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • An active Florida state license as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating adherence to regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, with a track record of managing and successfully treating orthopedic conditions.
  • In-depth knowledge of orthopedic assessments, treatment techniques, and evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and their families, as well as collaborative engagement with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Specialized certifications in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation are a plus.
  • A passion for education, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
