  • Assist Project and Shop teams with event preparation, pull sheets, show materials, and equipment.
  • Track staffing and event hours in company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm event details, timing, logistics, and AVL requirements.
  • Coordinate event staffing, schedules, freelancers, and crew communication.
  • Assist with recruiting, screening, and onboarding freelance and event staff.
  • Jump in and support other production needs as required.

  • At least 1 year of staffing experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on, on-site live event experience is required.
  • Experience supporting AVL equipment, event setups, strikes, staging, or production support.
  • Experience coordinating or staffing event crews is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) and live event production.
  • Comfortable using tools and production equipment.
  • Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience is a plus.
  • Must be available for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Standard schedule is Tuesday–Saturday and varies based on event needs.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements | What It’s Like in the Office and Shop

This is an active, hands-on position working in the shop, office, and live event venues.

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and work with tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.; heavier items may occasionally be moved with assistance.
  • Comfortable working in heat, cold, humidity, and moderate to loud noise.
  • Ability to work safely around AVL (Audio, Video, and Lighting) equipment and active event environments.
