LV Hospitality is seeking an experienced Outbound Event Sales Manager to lead corporate-driven event sales and execution across our hospitality portfolio. This role is designed for a seasoned events professional with established relationships in the corporate, hotel, and convention ecosystem who is comfortable managing events of all sizes across multiple venues simultaneously.

About LV Hospitality

LV Hospitality operates a growing portfolio of hospitality and event-driven concepts in Austin and beyond, including Victory Lap, Tiger Lilly, Amaya, Parlor & Yard, Side Piece Pies, Bar Fino, and additional concepts in development. Our venues host high-volume corporate events, conference buyouts, brand activations, weddings, and large-scale social gatherings.

Role Overview

The Outbound Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving outbound corporate event sales while overseeing the planning and execution of those events across multiple LV Hospitality venues. This role owns the full client lifecycle-from relationship development and lead generation through execution and repeat business-and serves as a key connector between corporate clients, hotels, convention partners, and venue operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead outbound corporate and large-scale event sales across the LV Hospitality portfolio
  • Leverage and grow relationships with hotels, convention centers, conference planners, corporate travel managers, and destination management companies
  • Proactively source event opportunities tied to conventions, conferences, corporate off-sites, and group travel
  • Manage a diverse event pipeline spanning multiple venues and event sizes, from intimate buyouts to large-scale activations
  • Own the full event sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution and event handoff
  • Conduct venue tours and client meetings across LV Hospitality locations
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts, pricing, and minimums in alignment with company guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outbound-driven clients through planning and execution
  • Coordinate closely with venue operations, events, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution across venues
  • Oversee event logistics and timelines to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using TripleSeat and internal systems
  • Drive repeat business through strong post-event follow-up and long-term relationship management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate event sales, or venue sales
  • Strong existing relationships within the corporate events, hotel, and convention space
  • Proven experience managing events of varying sizes across multiple venues simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of corporate events, conference-driven programming, and group buyouts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable representing a portfolio of venues rather than a single concept
  • Experience with TripleSeat or similar event sales platforms preferred
  • Austin market experience strongly preferred
