This role serves as the central point of communication between the Venue Production Manage r, touring , client , and/or rental vendor team ensuring that technical and logistical execution aligns. The Stage manager oversees all stage activity and ensure s smooth load-in/outs , efficient communication, and on-time performances.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOResponsible for communicating the details of the event to the venue production crew and all relevant in-house departments.Manages members of the Venue p roduction team and stagehands.Ensure s that the tour (s) and client(s) have required items from venue needed to execute show(s) and event(s).Supervises the l oad-in and load out of band and rental equipmentResponsible for documenting accident, incident, and disciplinary issues for the production crew and reports actions back to Production ManagerProduction Manager may have Stage Manager e xecute settlement s per contract with artists post showEnsure all in-house policies are enforced regarding staging, safety and show protocolWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experienceExperience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing a team of 5+ individualsAbility to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited informationComputer literate in Windows applicationsMust possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsPreferred:College DegreePhysical Demands/Working Environment:Must be able to lift up to 75lbsWork in an environment with moderate to loud noise levelEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
