Hospital Security Officer (Night Shift)

Title: Hospital Security Officer (Night Shift)

  • 3 days a week, 12-hour shift. 7am -7pm or 7pm-7am. 1 day a week, 6-hour shift. 42 total hours per week. Weekend availability required.

Your role:

As a Hospital Security Officer, under the direct supervision of the hospital supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security in a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform proactive patrol, adhering to healthcare system requirements maintaining a visible and reassuring presence
  • Respond promptly to calls and incidents
  • Mastery of emergency protocols
  • Participate in all required training
  • Prepare accurate incident reports
  • Maintain exceptional composure under pressure to uphold order and safety
  • Represent ESI with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain)
  • Exceptional communication skills
