Job description

This positionis responsible forcrowd management at the facility.This may include security screenings, ticket taking, ushering, access control, emergency response, ensuring the safety of guests, enforcing venue policies, ensuring the safety of 3rdparty property and other duties as assigned.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bag checking to ensure no contraband ispermittedin the venue

  • Security screening via pat downs, the use ofwalk-throughmetal detectors or wand screening

  • Ensuring patrons entering the venue have a valid ID or ticket for gaining admittance

  • Ensuring patrons do not enter non-public areas

  • Directs and interacts with the public, fellowemployeesand management

  • Assistwith seating and directions asrequired

  • Follows emergency protocols in the case of medical, fire,activeshooter,evacuationor otheremergency situations

  • Observe, detect,correctand report any unsafe conditions on thepremises

  • Appropriately deal withcustomer complaints, patrons negativelyimpactingother attendeesand/orpatrons not conforming to venue policies

  • Works independently, and judges and assesses situations for immediate responsewithin the guidelines of the facility

  • Provide forwritten witnessreportasrequired

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
