On Call Security Officer- $25hr

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Flex Security Officer on an on-call basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. As a Flex Security Officer, you must be prepared to work variable shifts and respond to calls as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in meeting the demands of the position. This IS a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patrols of assigned areas, monitoring for suspicious activity and safety hazards.
  • Control access to facilities, verifying credentials and enforcing security protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, alarms, and security breaches.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security incidents and activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to address security concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about relevant security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security-related fields preferred.
  • MUST HAVE proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to calls on short notice.
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred.
