Barbier Security Group (BSG) is currently seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a prestigious winery in Geyserville and a car dealership. Security Officers are primarily responsible for perimeter and access control and will require driving a company vehicle. Our Security Officers will ensure guests, the public and our clients feel secure and welcomed every day. For all our Security Officer positions, we are seeking candidates with exceptional presentation and customer service skills.

Shifts: Part-Time / Morning Shift (Saturday and Sunday)

Hourly rate: $23 per hour.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

  • Possess a current California Guard Card License.
  • A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required for applicable sites.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Proficient in basic computer and smartphone usage.

  • Stand or Walk for Extended Periods: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, often for several hours at a time, including traversing outdoor areas with uneven surfaces, without significant physical strain.
  • Climb Stairs: Regularly climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings to perform patrols and check all areas.
  • Lift and Carry: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move or secure equipment and assist with other duties as necessary.
  • Physical Endurance: Ability to withstand various weather conditions during outdoor patrols, including hot, cold, rainy, or windy weather.
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle and operate security equipment, such as radios, keys, and locks.
  • Run or Move Quickly: Ability to sprint short distances if needed to respond quickly to emergencies or incidents.
