Join Chenega as a Conference/Event Security Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) conferences, tests, meetings, and special events around the world.

In this role, you will lead event security operations, coordinate access control measures, supervise event security personnel, and ensure the safe and professional execution of high-visibility government and defense-related events. From planning and site surveys to badge issuance and security screenings, you'll

be at the center of mission-critical operations.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
  • Lead and coordinate security operations for MDA conferences, meetings, tests, and special events.
  • Collaborate with government officials, military personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and event stakeholders.
  • Manage access control programs and oversee credentialing and badge operations.
  • Develop participant databases, access rosters, and security authorization procedures.
  • Conduct event planning activities, site surveys, and security assessments.
  • Implement access control measures, including screenings, inspections, and security monitoring.
  • Coordinate and supervise Event Access Control System (EACS) personnel.
  • Support visitor clearance verification and processing through established security systems.
  • Determine staffing requirements and deploy security resources effectively.
  • Prepare after-action reports, briefings, and statistical summaries.
Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED 
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance 
  • Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillators (AED) certified (100%) and trained in Red Cross First Aid.
  • Obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
  • Obtain and maintain U.S. Passport

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and Outlook.
