Elite Event Services is a full-service event company.ย  We produce events for organization, churches, schools, and corporations.ย  Our events consist of outdoor and indoor entertainment from inflatables, games, tents, tables, chairs, catering, etc.

If you are looking for a job that is both fun and rewarding, this is it. This is the perfect position for a high school or college student looking for part-time employment.ย  We are a special events company looking for Event / Warehouse Crew to join our team to help with day of setup up, event production, and breakdown or preparing our trucks with equipment for event needs.

Event / Warehouse Crew Duties Include:

  • Loading/Unloading Equipment
  • Driving Company-Owned Vehicles to Events including Cargo Vans, Trailers, and 16' Box Trucks
  • Event Equipment Setup and Breakdown
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a safe and fun environment for guests during event run time
  • Working 6-12hr days to fulfill the event needs
  • Repeatedly lifting of equipment (~5-50lbs) during the event setup/breakdown or truck loading/unloading process. Moving heavy inflatables with a dolly or help.
  • Potential to advance to Lead Event Crew position and/or full-time, salaried position.

  • Capable of following written or GPS directions *Have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • Able to lift/move equipment and complete event/warehouse needs in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work outside during all weather conditions
  • Be available to work nights and weekends in accordance with event needs

  • Flexible Scheduling around needed time off and other obligations
  • Some Early Morning or Late Night Events
  • We provide extensive training on all of our equipment as well as driving our company-owned vehicles. You do not drive your personal vehicles to event sites. You always report to our office/warehouse in Edwardsville, IL to begin work.
  • Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
