Job description

Provide support as directed by designated supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support for All Athletic and Special Events for Club Sports

Assistwith all operational needs related to camps, clinics, andspecial events.

Facility Upkeep and Cleanliness

Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure facilitiesremainneat and clean.

Clean locker rooms between uses.

Maintain public spaces, including lobbies, concourses, and restrooms.

LaHaye Ice Center Operations

Provide excellent customer service byassistingthe public with skate rentals.

Sharpen rental skates tomaintainquality standards.

Monitor safety by ensuring patrons do not enter restricted or unsafe areas while wearing skates.

Other Duties as Assigned

Support various Club Sports teams (e.g., lacrosse, hockey, volleyball, wrestling, triathlon) as needed.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, processes, products, and industry best practices.

Collaborate effectively as a team member, embracing and promoting Liberty University's mission.

Driving Requirements

If the employeeis required totravel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may berequiredfor travel.Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance isrequiredwhen driving in the performance of the employee's position.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.


The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
