Position: Regional Director of Operations | Regional Manager

Location: Raynham, MA

Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000


Position Overview


A rapidly expanding multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to serve as a trusted right-hand leader to ownership. This is a high-impact role for an experienced operator who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and has a proven track record across multiple hospitality concepts.


The organization currently generates approximately $20 million in annual revenue across its portfolio and is actively expanding, with a market renovation project slated to begin in fall 2026 and a potential function facility acquisition in progress. The successful candidate will oversee four locations and a food truck from the outset, with additional growth anticipated in the near term.


Compensation and Benefits


  • Base Salary: $115,000 to $125,000

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, with a focus on maintaining a combined prime cost of approximately 57.5%
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing management teams across all locations
  • Align processes, systems, and operational standards to support rapid and sustainable growth
  • Provide oversight and support for an upcoming market renovation and potential function facility launch
  • Partner directly with ownership on strategic planning, concept development, and long-term growth initiatives
  • Integrate catering, functions, and event operations into the broader operational model
  • Prepare for the rollout of third-party delivery and takeout programs


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a full-service restaurant, multi-unit operations role, ideally spanning both casual/pub and elevated dining concepts.

  • Strong financial acumen, including payroll management, food cost control, and P&L oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations across diverse concepts
