Job Description

This role is based in our 605 3rd Ave, New York office or Fort Lauderdale, Florida office

This Event and Commercial Operations Executive role will sit within the event operations team to support the delivery and execution of sponsor and exhibitor contracts for Fintech Americas, ensuring seamless customer experiences while supporting revenue growth. This role focuses on enabling sales teams, optimising customer onboarding, and driving retention through proactive engagement.
Key accountabilities

  • Create, manage and enhance the sales inventory to support the sales team in reaching their revenue targets
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsor/exhibit clients during onboarding and throughout their lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain client resources, including but not limited to maintaining the supplier database, the exhibitor manual and the production of onsite documentation, floor plans, FAQs, and health and safety & sustainability practices and onsite welcome packs.
  • Support the successful operational delivery of sponsorship agreements and execution of the exhibit floor, taking on specific projects to see through from planning to onsite.
  • Manage branded assets, including collating requirements, placing orders, overseeing deliveries.
  • Work with Head of Ops to ensure the commercial ops budget is managed and a healthy profit margin on all commercial items is maintained.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with wider event ops team members to resolve any client issues efficiently
  • Support on other core deliverables of the shows such as, but not limited to, signage and catering.
  • Attend and support other shows within fintech and Informa festivals more widely as time and workload allow

The salary range for this role is $60,000- $70,000 based on experience.
