Job description

Our Mission

We are here to redefine property management in Whatcom and Skagit County. At Real Property Management of Teyata, we believe in helping investors maximize their ROI, providing safe and high-quality habitability for our residents, and building a stronger community through housing. As our Field Operations Lead, you are the primary ambassador of this mission on the ground.

The Role: Field Operations Lead

You aren't just opening doors; you are the "boots on the ground" leader ensuring our properties meet our mission's standards. You'll spend your day in the community, connecting with prospective residents and ensuring every home we manage is a place someone would be proud to live.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Showcase the Vision: Lead property tours that highlight habitability and value, turning prospective interest into community members.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct meticulous move-in/move-out inspections to protect investor ROI and resident safety.
  • Local Ambassador: Navigate Whatcom and Skagit counties daily, acting as the face of the brand for owners and tenants alike.
  • Real-Time Reporting: Use our mobile suite to provide the office with the data they need to make strategic decisions for our clients.

What You Bring

  • A Commitment to Community: You care about the quality of housing in our local area.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required to cover our Whatcom and Skagit territory.
  • Professional Grit: You can solve problems on the fly, from lockbox hiccups to last-minute showing requests.
  • High-Touch Communication: You can talk shop with investors and provide a warm welcome to residents.
  • Willingness to Learn: We want someone ready to start in the field and end in the sky in terms of professional growth. We'll provide the map; you provide the drive.

The Perks

  • Impact: Work for a company actually trying to change the industry for the better.
  • Autonomy: Manage your own route and schedule with trust from leadership.
  • Growth: Entry into a career path in real estate and operations management.

The Investment in You

  • Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour + bonus
  • Performance Upside: Earn additional pay for every "event" (Leasing, inspections, reviews, ext). This is a role where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck.
  • Reliable Vehicle Support: $300/month flat allowance to keep you on the road across Whatcom and Skagit.
  • Growth Track: We want you to start in the field and end in the sky. Clear pathways to management for those who deliver results.
