About the Team

Global Investment Operations (GIO): is a centralized team responsible for enabling T. Rowe Priceas business to operate effectively and efficiently, expand use of asset classes and strategies, and deliver an exceptional client experience through continuous evolution and modernization of both operations and technology. Our goal is to provide differentiated client service and ensure operational functions are aligned to be performed at a consistently high quality across global markets.A

Global Client Account Services (GCAS):Astrives to be a global, highly valued partner through providing superior operational expertise via flexible & creative solutions. The GCAS Organization is broken up into two primary functions. Those functions include Client Account Management (CAM) which encompasses both Client Implementation Management (CIM) and Client Account Services (CAS), and GCIR (Global Client Investment Reporting).

Role Summary

The T. Rowe Price internship program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities. In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, interns also gain exposure to associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking and social events, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.AA

Global Investment Operations:

Includes placement into Middle Office and Investment Liaisons, Performance and Analysis, Investment Compliance, Fund Administration and Tax Operations, and Fund Accounting.

Global Client Account Services:

Client Account Management (CAM) business

  • Client Implementation Management (CIM) teams implement & maintain globally relevant, controlled, scalable processes for the on-boarding of the firmas institutional and intermediary clients.
  • Client Account Servicing (CAS) ongoing servicing to the firmas institutional and intermediary clients throughout the client relationship.
  • The CAM organization serves as an advocate on behalf of the firm's clients and encourages cross functional collaboration to aide in building innovative solutions for the client.

AGlobal Client Investment Reporting (GCIR) business:

  • The global team supports the firm's and institutional clients by efficiently creating, managing, and delivering timely and accurate investment reporting. The team is focused on reporting and sales kit production to deliver a seamless client experience and to support the business development teams in region.
  • For the GCIR organization, providing accurate and timely production and distribution of reports to clients is top priority.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Perform business analysis and project management activities, interpreting complex data sets via data collection, querying, and analysis
  • Help to facilitate creation of workflows and flowcharts for defining business processes and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Identify and communicate process and data trends to management (
  • Utilize data visualization tools and programming languages (including VBA) to increase automation, improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Participate in testing of system enhancements
  • Assist team members by assuming ownership for daily processes, leveraging multiple systems and communicating updates to critical stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

  • Full time student pursuing a bacheloras degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 a" May/June 2029.
  • Open to all majors

Preferred:

  • Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • A growth mindset with commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platform

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$25.00 per hour for the location of: New York, CaliforniaThis job is eligible for overtime pay.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individualas relevant experience and skills for the role.A Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.A Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
