Job Summary:
Inspire Communities is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of communities.This is a flexible, hybrid role with occasional travel to communities as needed. 
This role is focused on social media coordination, online reputation management, community marketing support, and marketing administration. The Marketing Intern will help keep content moving, maintain active engagement across channels, support field teams, and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping marketing efforts run efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and engagement in line with company standards and escalation guidelines
  • Manage online reviews and reputation channels (Google, Facebook, listing sites), ensuring timely, professional, and brand-consistent responses
  • Collect, organize, and repurpose approved photos, videos, and content from community teams
  • Track engagement, response times, sentiment trends, and recurring feedback themes
  • Maintain content libraries and support campaigns, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives
  • Escalate sensitive resident concerns or service issues to appropriate operational teams and maintain visibility through resolution
  • Manage incoming marketing requests, assignments, and task lists
  • Track deadlines and support project coordination
  • Coordinate ordering and shipment of marketing materials and promotional items
  • Schedule meetings, maintain notes, and support SOP and process documentation
  • Partner with field teams to support local marketing initiatives and gather content
  • Support local advertising execution and posting schedules
  • Maintain accuracy of websites, listings, and community marketing information
  • Create branded marketing collateral and digital assets using Canva and company brand standards
  • Complete basic CRM updates, reporting, and tracker maintenance
  • Support campaign setup, quality checks, events, mailings, and special projects as needed
