Job Summary

Summary: This position is a great opportunity for students and professionals interested in a career in sports and entertainment, analytics, or hospitality. As a F&B Operations Teammate, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously audit the presentation and execution of the F&B Operations at M&T Bank Stadium. Event days will consist of ensuring the operation is ready for execution, timing wait times at Concessions stands, line busting busy locations, and other duties as assigned. The information you gather and the problems you'll solve will directly impact the guest experience for the attendees of all our events. Teammates will have the ability to network with various sports and entertainment professionals across the Baltimore Ravens, Levy, and E15 Group. Teammates will report into the E15 Group Senior Analyst and the Ravens Vice President of Retail and F&B Operations. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

   Attend designated M&T Bank Stadium events as scheduled, with a focus on auditing the readiness of the F&B Operation.
   Walk the stadium in the days before an event to ensure the operation is keeping pace with their preparations
   Review Operations documentation to ensure menu boards are accurate, line queues are setup, adequate product is present, technology is working, and other items as outlined
   Assist the Concessions operation during peak demand times by taking orders on handheld devices to reduce guest wait time
   Track variations in wait time guest experience over the course of an event
   Generate detailed reports and summaries of data collected during each event.

Qualifications: 

  • Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Hospitality, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ideal, but open to any ambitious person intrigued by live event operations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work during stadium event hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
