The Opportunity
The right person for this role is proactive, organized, and enjoys bringing structure to busy environments while taking ownership of projects.
This role can accommodate a 9:00 or 10:00 AM start and a 2:00 or 3:00 PM finish, which may work well for a parent returning to the workforce once children are in school.
This person helps manage several parts of a busy CEOs day-to-day life, including coordinating vendors, managing logistics, tracking follow-ups, organizing spaces, and ensuring tasks move from plan to completion.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys figuring out how to make things happen, not just completing assigned tasks.
If you enjoy organizing systems, solving practical problems, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks, this role offers the chance to work closely with leadership while improving how things run behind the scenes.
How This Role Works
This role involves ownership of both operational coordination and projects. You will often be given goals or priorities and expected to help determine the best approach, coordinate what is needed, flag decisions when appropriate, and follow projects through to completion.
A key goal of this role is reducing decision fatigue by bringing options and next steps rather than constant questions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate vendors such as maintenance, cleaning, and service providers
Handle packages, returns, errands, and other logistics
Track CEO to-dos and follow up on commitments
Schedule appointments and manage related logistics
Manage supplies and place orders as needed
Help run small projects and ensure follow-through

Organize spaces and maintain checklists for repeat tasks
Spot loose ends and help ensure tasks are finished
This role plays an important part in keeping day-to-day operations organized so leadership can focus on strategic priorities.
What Success Looks Like
You stay organized without reminders.
You follow through until work is finished.
You enjoy logistics and keeping systems running smoothly.
You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments.
You notice small issues early and address them.
What Were Looking ForStrong organization and time management skills
Ability to manage several tasks and shifting priorities
Comfort coordinating vendors and logistics
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Clear communication and sound judgment
Comfort working on your own in a home-based environment
Additional DetailsStrong interest in logistics, organization, and follow-through
Valid drivers license preferred
Professional discretion and respect for privacy are important in this role
Home Environment
This role takes place in a home environment where one cat and one large dog are present. Essential duties include walking up and down stairs during the workday as part of on-site tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be available in line with applicable law.
The home prioritizes low-waste practices (reduce / reuse / recycle). Someone who defaults to throwing things away rather than organizing or repurposing items would not be a good fit.
Who This Role Is Best For
This role tends to be a strong fit for someone who enjoys organizing environments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring projects move from idea to completion.
It may appeal to someone early in their career who wants exposure to executive operations, to someone reentering the workforce, or to someone seeking a steady role with consistent hours and meaningful responsibility.
