We transform venues across the region — from intimate ceremonies to large-scale corporate galas — and our setup and strike crew is the team that makes it happen on the ground. We're hiring for our season (20–25 crew members) and looking for dependable, physically capable people who take pride in their work. If you show up on time, work hard, and can handle fast-paced event days, there's real opportunity here. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Load and unload box trucks with rental inventory (furniture, draping, dance floors, lighting, tents, staging, and more) - Set up and break down event spaces at venues throughout the Tampa Bay area - Follow setup diagrams and instructions from the crew lead or logistics manager - Strap and secure items properly during transport - Maintain a clean, organized workspace on-site and in the warehouse - Represent Gabro professionally in front of clients and venue staff WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Reliable transportation and consistent availability (weekends required during peak season) - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended shifts - Valid driver's license preferred — required for advancement - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Previous event, moving, labor, or warehouse experience is a plus — not required - Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under time pressure PAY & ADVANCEMENT - New Hire: $19/hr - After 90 Days (valid driver's license required): $20/hr - Crew Lead: $22/hr - Monthly Performance Bonus: Complete 4+ jobs in a month to be eligible for a $50 bonus SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS This is a seasonal position with peak activity during busy periods.
