Job description

Event Install, Delivery Driver & Studio Support

*A Short Summary From Up Top*

"Let's be upfront: this isn't just a driving job. You'll drive a lot, honestly most of the week, but you'll also set up events, break them down, walk arrangements through casinos, assist heavily in maintaining the studio cleanliness, and stay late when an event runs long. Our support crew is the lifeblood of Flora Couture; you're the person who lets a designer stay at their table and a salesperson stay on the phone. You'll be the face of this company more often than you'd expect, to clients who never see the rest of us. If you take pride in being the one who makes everything else run, and you're happy that most days you'll be behind the wheel, we'd love to meet you.”— Andrew H, COO.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • One-year previous delivery driving experience required, exceptions may apply.
  • Event setup, warehouse, logistics, hospitality, or moving experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in varying temperatures.

We are a dynamic team made up of hardworking, passionate individuals, and we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver & Event Support team member to join us.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safe, timely delivery, installation, and retrieval of floral arrangements, event décor, gifts, and event-related items while helping create exceptional experiences for our clients.

Position Overview

The Delivery Driver & Event Support position is a full-time, hands-on role that combines daily deliveries with event setup and breakdown responsibilities. In addition to representing Flora Couture through professional customer interactions, this position supports the overall success of our studio by assisting with event studio organization and ensuring our workspaces remain clean, organized, and ready for the next project.

Success in this role requires someone who is dependable, physically active, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional service while supporting the team wherever needed.

Every day is different. One morning you may be delivering floral arrangements across the Las Vegas Valley, while the next you're helping transform a ballroom for an elegant wedding or assisting the team after a large-scale corporate event.

What You'll Do

  • Safely transport floral arrangements, gifts, event décor, and supplies to customers, venues, hotels, and event locations.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes while ensuring all deliveries arrive safely and on schedule.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and presentation.
  • Confirm deliveries, communicate delays or issues, and represent Flora Couture with professionalism during every customer interaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles while ensuring products are secured properly for transport.

Event Support & Installations

  • Assist with event deliveries, installations, and strikes.
  • Load, unload, transport, and place floral arrangements, décor, props, furniture, and event rentals.
  • Follow floor plans and installation instructions while maintaining Flora Couture's presentation standards.
  • Return rental items, vessels, and company property safely back to the studio.
  • Work efficiently alongside designers and event staff to ensure successful event execution.

Studio Support & Organization

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.
  • Clean, organize, and properly store vases, containers, props and event inventory.
  • Remove trash, recycling, and packing materials throughout the day.
  • Assist with organizing warehouse storage areas and event inventory.
  • Support loading, staging, and preparing materials for upcoming deliveries and events.
  • Assist with general cleaning and additional operational tasks as business needs require.

Safety & Vehicle Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and ensure safe loading practices.
  • Complete delivery confirmations and other required documentation accurately.
  • Report damaged products, delivery discrepancies, customer concerns, or missing items promptly.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, traffic laws, venue requirements, and loading dock protocols.
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly while protecting the safety of yourself, your team, and our products.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with company match (eligibility requirements apply)
  • Health Insurance Stipend

Schedule & Expectations

Our busiest seasons revolve around holidays, weddings, and special events. During these times, flexibility is important, and overtime, evening hours, weekend work, or adjusted schedules may be required. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a close-knit team, and seeing your work come to life at some of Las Vegas' most beautiful venues, you'll fit right in.
