Job description

This is a hybrid role based in Draper, UT, and a great fit for someone passionate about event marketing and trade show coordination.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of trade show execution from start to finish. In this role, you will manage end-to-end event logistics, including pre-show planning, on-site coordination, and post-show follow-ups. You’ll also be responsible for booth asset management, inventory tracking, and ensuring seamless event setup and teardown.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trade shows or event marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce is highly preferred. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to ensure successful event execution and track/report key performance metrics.
