Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing logistics for events and trade shows, including project timelines, product ordering, venue research, attendee registration, and RSVP management.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors such as production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, audiovisual providers, and entertainment companies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Education, and Creative to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
  • Maintain schedules for multiple active projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders and international teams by sharing updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Create creative briefs for event invitations and production materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations, purchase order creation, and chargeback processing.
  • Develop and maintain tracking processes for international events to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help create standardized event and trade show guidelines to ensure consistency across global markets.
