Job description

Job Title: Event Sales Representative / Lead Generator
Company: Hendersonville Bath
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday
Position Type: Part-time or Full Time
Hendersonville Bath is seeking a motivated Event Sales Representative to help us generate new customer appointments at local events. This position is focused on speaking with homeowners, creating interest in our bathroom remodeling services, and booking qualified in-home appointments.
The right person for this role will be outgoing, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. You do not need remodeling experience, but you should be comfortable talking with people and asking for appointments.
Responsibilities:

  •  Attend assigned local events on behalf of Hendersonville Bath 
  •  Approach and engage potential customers 
  •  Ask homeowners about their bathroom remodeling needs 
  •  Promote our services in a clear and professional way 
  •  Schedule appointments for in-home consultations 
  •  Accurately record customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and appointment times 
  •  Communicate daily results to management 
  •  Help maintain a clean and professional event booth 
Qualifications:
