Position Summary

The Promotions & Events Marketing Intern will lead the planning and execution of engaging campus dining events that connect students with Keene State Dining. This position is perfect for students who enjoy organizing events, interacting with people, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dining promotions and themed events.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and setup.
  • Recruit student participation and encourage engagement.
  • Coordinate giveaways, contests, and promotional activities.
  • Work with dining staff to ensure successful event execution.
  • Evaluate event success through attendance and feedback.

Shared Marketing Responsibilities

  • Create promotional materials for events.
  • Assist with social media promotion before, during, and after events.
  • Capture photos and videos for future marketing.
  • Conduct student outreach and surveys.
  • Support additional marketing campaigns throughout the semester.
  • Serve as a Keene State Dining ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Current Keene State College student.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with students and promoting events.
  • Creative, energetic, and dependable.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
