Hiring Unit: Communications & Production

Position Summary:
Conduct in-person and telephone ticket sales using web based ticketing system (training provided);
Balance and account for credit and debit card receipts of daily transactions;
Distribute reserved tickets;
Answers phone inquiries regarding concert schedules, programs and locations;
Other duties, as assigned.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Must be customer service oriented, able to multitask and work well under pressure. Professional and proactive. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends (as needed). Scheduled hours are flexible and vary by month based on event activity in the venues.

High level of conversational French and English is required. Basic knowledge of concert music, CPR and First Aid training an asset.
