Window Nation is hiring a Canvassing Team Lead / Field Marketing Supervisor in our Denver market to manage a canvassing team in the field, track daily performance, and generate leads alongside the team.

Where We're Hiring:

Across the Eastern Denver metro area and surrounding towns, including: Aurora, Parker, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Commerce City, Lone Tree, Brighton, Thornton, Greenwood Village, and other nearby communities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a 3-person canvassing team in residential neighborhoods
  • Run a daily pre-shift huddle and assign territories
  • Generate homeowner leads alongside your team
  • Track daily lead counts and individual performance
  • Send daily results reports to management

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years managing a KPI-driven team (sales, canvassing, fundraising, retail, etc.)
  • Ability to walk or stand up to 5 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Valid driver’s license
    • Note: This position involves operating a company vehicle. Candidates must meet Window Nation’s driving and insurance standards. Driving records will be verified before hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with state laws and company policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Canvassing, field marketing, or door-to-door sales experience
  • Experience leading daily team huddles
  • Familiarity with homeowner data platforms (Zillow or similar)
  • Experience managing independent field teams

Working Conditions:

  • Majority of time spent outdoors in residential neighborhoods
  • Frequent walking during canvassing shifts
  • Some evening or weekend shifts
  • Local travel between territories

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

$23 - $23 an hour

  • Base hourly pay rate: $23.00 per hour
  • Plus performance-based incentives
