The Dishwasher position is about:
  • Keeping the dish area clean and organized.
  • Load, run and unload dish machine.
  • Restock all plate ware and silverware on each station.
  • Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
