What You'll Do
  1. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
  2. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
  3. Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions
  4. Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
  5. Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
  6. Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
What We're Looking For
  1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
  2. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  4. A caring, patient, and dependable personality
  5. Willingness to make a positive impact every day
