Hospitality & Lodge Operations Coordinator

M&M Hunting & Sporting Clays – Pennsville, NJ

M&M Hunting & Sporting Clays is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and service-motivated individual to join our team as a Hospitality & Lodge Operations Coordinator.
This is a hands-on hospitality position within a family-owned business. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, food service, housekeeping, inventory management, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and lodge orientation
• Clean and maintain lodge rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and clubhouse facilities
• Serve meals and assist with food preparation
• Prepare breakfast service as needed
• Shop for food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Track inventory and maintain supply levels
• Learn to operate Point-of-Sale system and assist with customer service
• Communicate maintenance and facility needs

• Weekend and occasional evening availability required

Schedule & Benefits

• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Approximately 40–60 hours per week during peak season
• Weekends required – occasional weekend day off
• Competitive compensation based on experience

M&M operates on a seasonal schedule, allowing employees to enjoy approximately three months of off-season time each year from June until September.
