Job description

Join Our Evening Shift Team

The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LNAs to join our Evening Shift team! Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

We have openings on our evening shift for both full time and part time. Must have a valid Licensed Nursing Assistant license in the state of Vermont. Shift is 2 pm to 10 pm with an every other weekend requirement.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
